Course Instructor
EnginZone Training has the right to change the advertised course instructor
to another ASTM approved instructor if necessary.
Final Exam
• There is a final exam requirement for the completion of each course.
• Any student that fails the final exam will have one retest opportunity only.
Use of Data
• Student’s data will be included in EnginZone Training’s database for the purpose
of sending information of future courses and service offerings.
This information will be treated confidentially.

further communications from EnginZone Training.
Transfer Policy
• Student may request to transfer to another date and/or location
within a six month’s timeframe from the date of the original course.
• Written notice is required with at least ten business days
prior to the beginning of the original course.
• A $80 administrative fee will be applied.
• After the transfer is applied, there are no longer cancellations or refunds available.
Cancellation Policy:
• Courses are subject to the minimum class size; therefore,
if the minimum enrollment is not met, EnginZone Training.
reserves the right to cancel the course,
offering a full refund or a transfer to another date.
A five business day notice will be given before cancellation of any course.
We will not be subject to any reimbursement for travel arrangements.
• If a student wants to cancel, a written notice is required at least ten business
days prior to the beginning of the course so a full refund can be applied.
If the notice is received six to nine business days prior to the beginning
of the course, a 50% refund will apply.There will be no refunds for
cancellations with less than six business day’s notice.
Intellectual Property
• The course materials are the intellectual property of Materials
Research & Technology Inc. Which include methodologies, designs,
drawings, pictures, processes and software that will be used for training purposes.
• Students do not have the right to use Materials Research & Technology intellectual property unless authorized.
• Students do not have the right to copy or replicate any of Materials Research & Technology intellectual property.

EnginZone Training tiene derecho a cambiar el instructor del

Examen Final

EnginZone Training con el fin de enviar información sobre futuros cursos y ofertas de servicios.

Política de Transferencia
• El estudiante puede solicitar la transferencia a otra fecha y/o
lugar dentro de un plazo de seis meses a partir de la fecha del curso original.
• Se requiere notificación por escrito con al menos diez días
hábiles antes del inicio del curso original.
• Se aplicará una tarifa administrativa de $80 dólares americanos para dicho transferencia.
• Luego de aplicada la transferencia, ya no hay cancelaciones ni devoluciones disponibles.
Política de Cancelación:
• Los cursos están sujetos al tamaño mínimo de clase; por lo tanto,
si no se alcanza la inscripción mínima, EnginZone Training se
reserva el derecho de cancelar el curso, ofreciendo un reembolso
completo o una transferencia a otra fecha. Se dará un aviso de cinco días
hábiles antes de la cancelación de cualquier curso. No estaremos sujetos a
ningún reembolso por modificaciones de viaje.
• Si un estudiante desea cancelar, se requiere un aviso por escrito
al menos diez días hábiles antes del comienzo del curso para que se
pueda aplicar un reembolso completo. Si el aviso se recibe de seis a
nueve días hábiles antes del inicio del curso, se aplicará un reembolso del 50%.
No habrá reembolsos por cancelaciones con menos de seis días hábiles de anticipación.
Propiedad Intelectual
• Los materiales del curso son propiedad intelectual de Materials Research & Technology Inc. e
incluyen metodologías, diseños, dibujos, imágenes, procesos y software que se utilizarán con fines de capacitación.
• Los estudiantes no tienen derecho a usar la propiedad intelectual de MR&T a menos que estén autorizados.
• Los estudiantes no tienen derecho a copiar o reproducir ninguna propiedad intelectual de MR&T.
